PENILE LENGTHENING

Fortunately one-third to one-half of your penis is inside your body. It is attached to the undersurface of the pubic bone. When we perform penile lengthening, we will release the fundiform ligament and the suspensory ligament which attaches the 2 erectile bodies to the pubic bone.

The suspensory ligament normally makes your penis arch under the pubic bone. When we release this ligament, it will allow you to have your penis protrude on a straighter path. In addition it will give you more functional length.

After the surgery there will be no scar on your penis and there will be no pubic hair on your penis.

PENILE WIDENING (PERICAVERNOSAL)

There can be a permanent increase in a penile girth or called “circumference” in the flaccid state with the injection of fat injection.

You can choose to widen your penis by fat injection. Both give you similar result.

With these techniques of injection you will gain 40 to 50% in girth at the flaccid state. Most of our patients get an increase of 30% at the flaccid state. And normally these patients gain about 10 to 15% in girth at the erect state.

GLANULAR ENHANCEMENT

This is one of the new techniques to the world of cosmetic surgery. The enhancement of your glanular can be done easily with the injection of your own fat.

You can expect to gain 15% to 20% increase in the flare of the glanular. Our suggestion is you should do this enhancement with the penile widening surgery, so there will be no additional incision required.

After the surgery you will not need any stretching device to maintain your penis in the recovering process.
